great folks to deal with. We are eager to help you with your firearm, ammo, or accessories needs and purchases. We believe in offering a diverse
selection of quality firearms at fair prices. It's not just about selling you something and calling it a day. We want our customers to feel
appreciated and well taken care of. We are happy to answer any and all of your questions and take the time to explain things such as how to operate,

On Returns
Given the nature of firearm sales (Federal and State Regulations), unfortunately we cannot accept any returns of firearms purchased. Other
merchandise typically can be returned for refund or exchange if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Ammunition cannot be returned.
On Warranties
Warranties for new firearms are as provided by the manufacturer. Warranties for related merchandise (optics, firearm accessories, etc.) are also
provided by the manufacturer. Used firearms and or related items are sold "as is" with no warranty provided apart from what may still be available
from the manufacturer.
We offer the following basic services for your firearm needs:
Appraisal of firearms for trades, consignments, or buys
We will typically purchase your used firearms and or accept them in trade towards your purchase of another firearm from us. You can expect your trade
value to be slightly higher than if we purchase your firearm straight out without a purchase being made on your part. Regardless, we strive to make
the entire process transparent. We will explain to you how we determine the value of your firearm and why our offer is what it is. We want you to be
comfortable with the interaction and feel that you are being treated fairly, honestly, and with the utmost respect! We can promise you fair trade
value with us here at LCF! Bottom line, we would love to be able to "Make a Deal" with you and will do what we can to make it happen!
We look forward to facilitating your firearm transfers. Find a firearm online that you want to purchase? Great! Just select Lee County Firearms as your
"receiving FFL" and come see us in store for the paperwork when it arrives! We only charge $20.00 for the service at a base level, with each additional
firearm in the same transfer for $5.00. Our FFL formation can be found online at several locations (such as FFL Finder). In the event the business that you
purchase from online does not have access to our FFL information, we will be happy to provide the necessary information straight away. Please consider us at

FFL
Typically, your dealer or store will request a copy of our FFL for transfers as a final step. Below are links to the critical portion
of our FFL that they require. You can copy the link(s) to the FFL, or download and attach them to emails to dealers where necessary:

We specialize in helping you sell your firearms! We offer a "consignment" service where we act as an intermediary between you and potential buyers.
The firearms remain as your property but in our possession (transferred to us in accordance with Federal Law). The process is simple: You tell us
what price you have in mind for the firearm (or we help you determine the best price). Our fee for this service is 15% of the final sales price.
So as an example: if you price a firearm to be sold for $1000, our fee would be $150 which means you would receive $850 out of the total sale price.
There are a few key points to consider if you decide to place your firearm(s) under consignment with us:

Sellers wishing to terminate the sale or have their firearm returned to them MUST successfully complete ATF Form 4473 prior to retrieving the firearm from our posession. They will be required to pay a $20 transfer fee at that time.

Sellers may wish to specify a "minimum acceptable sales price." If so, we note that amount to be used to negotiate a sale. Lee County Firearms will strive to sell the firearm at the highest price possible or practical as a benefit to both parties: the seller and LCF. We will attempt this before selling the firearm at specified minimum acceptable sales price.

Sellers may request that their firearm's "asking price" and/or "minimum acceptable sales price" be reduced if the firearm remains unsold.
•
Sellers wishing to place their firearm(s) on consignment agrees to the aforementioned conditions and will sign a "consignment form" at the time of placing their firearm(s) in the store for sale.
It's possible to purchase the firearm you've always wanted but never quite had the funds set aside to afford it! We offer financing for firearms
through a partnership with a local lending institution; Time Financing Service.
The process is quite simple: just pick out the firearm(s) and accessories (such as any optics) that you would like to purchase. We then
work with you to complete your loan application right in our store! The application process takes only around 10 minutes and we typically
can get your application approved within minutes during normal business hours. Most of our customers are approved. If your credit score is
decent and have steady employment and income, you can expect that your application will be approved as well.
Once approved, you will sign the loan contract documents and upon completing the ATF Form 4473 (and being cleared) you will be able to leave
with your brand new firearm the very same day! No waiting for the funds to be sent to you or any payment required on your part at the time
of purchase. Simply make your payments to Time Financing Service going forward and enjoy shooting your new firearm! Rest assured that
we will go over everything with you in person and answer any questions you might have about the process.
